Space Quest 2 Cheats and Debugs
Typing BACKSTAGE or DBG while playing will activate the debug-mode. You might want to try the following:

TESTER Display coordinates of character
TP Warp-code; asks for room number. Incorrect room number bombs you to DOS.
GET OBJECT Gives you any object, asks for object number.
SHOW FLAG Shows one of 256 flags.
SET FLAG Changes one of 256 flags.
RESET FLAG Clears one of 256 flags.
SHOW VAR Shows one of 256 variables.
SET VAR Changes one of 256 variables.
POSITION Changes character's position on-screen.
SHOW PRI Shows priorities for current room.
SHOW MEM Shows memory allocation information.
WHO Tells you who you are. (displays the name you entered at the start of the game)
CLOCK Displays clock.
PRAY Says you have one minute left.

Here's something to try... Type the following, in sequential order:

Note, that simply typing "CHEAT" while playing will also do this.
